The future perfect tense, like the present perfect tense, one of the seven compound tenses. With this verb tense, you combine the future tense of the Spanish verb haber (to have) with the past participle of the main verb to express actions that will have happened. The future perfect tense enables you to describe future actions that you’re almost entirely sure will happen. Of course, you can never really be sure that a future action has been completed.

To form the future perfect, you follow the same two steps you take to form any of the compound tenses:
