The United States Marine Corps needs a few good men (and women) to fill about 140 enlisted entry-level job specialties. Like the Army, the Marine Corps calls its enlisted jobs Military Occupational Specialties (MOSs). The Marine Corps uses the following line scores, and they’re abbreviated in the table as follows: Mechanical Maintenance (MM), Electronics (EL), General Technical (GT), Verbal Expression (VE) and Clerical (CL).

Military jobs and qualification standards are subject to change with little or no notice. For the most up-to-date information and for complete job descriptions and qualification factors, see the Marine Corps official website.
