There is almost no better way to relax under the sun than with a delicious summer cocktail. Choose your favorite and follow the easy steps to get you one step closer to fun in the sun.

Bay Breeze

1-1/2 oz. Absolut Vodka

3 oz. Pineapple Juice

1 oz. Cranberry Juice

Stir. Serve over ice.

Quite refreshing.

Beach Bum

1 oz. Sobieski Vodka

11/2 oz. Midori

1 oz. Cranberry Juice

Mix in a shaker with ice. Strain.

Beach Party

1-1/4 oz. Bacardi Light or Dark Rum

1 oz. Pineapple Juice

1 oz. Orange Juice

1 oz. Rose’s Grenadine

Blend with ice.

Beachcomber

1-1/2 oz. Puerto Rican White Rum

3/4 oz. Rose’s Lime Juice

1/4 oz. Triple Sec

Dash Maraschino Liqueur

Shake. Serve straight up or with ice.

Canton Sunrise

1-1/2 oz. Canton Delicate Ginger Liqueur

1-1/2 oz. Orange Juice

Splash Grenadine

Combine over ice.

Cape Codder #1

1-1/4 oz. Vodka

3 oz. Cranberry Juice

Dash Lime Juice

Combine in a chilled cocktail glass over ice. Garnish with a Lime Wedge.

Cape Codder #2

1-1/2 oz. Vodka

4 oz. Cranberry Juice

Club Soda

Combine Vodka and Cranberry Juice over ice in a tall glass. Fill with Club Soda.

Garnish with an Orange Slice.

Caribbean Cruise Shooter

1/2 oz. Baileys Irish Cream

1/2 oz. Kahlúa Coffee Liqueur

1/2 oz. Malibu Rum

Shake with ice and strain into a shot glass.

Caribbean Grasshopper

1-1/2 oz. Coco Lopez Cream of Coconut

1 oz. White Crème de Cacao

1/2 oz. Green Crème de Menthe

Combine ingredients. Serve straight up or over ice.

Caribbean Joy

1-1/4 oz. Castillo Silver Rum

1 oz. Pineapple Juice

3/4 oz. Lemon Juice

Shake and serve over ice.

The Catalina Margarita

1-1/4 oz. Jose Cuervo Gold Tequila

1 oz. Peach Schnapps

1 oz. Blue Curaçao

4 oz. Sweet & Sour Mix

Blend with crushed ice.

Crest of the Wave

1-1/4 oz. Bombay Gin

1-1/2 oz. Grapefruit Juice

1-1/2 oz. Cranberry Juice

Combine in a tall glass over ice.

Dewar’s Summer Splash

1-1/2 oz. Dewar’s

3 oz. Ginger Ale

Dash Lime Juice

Combine over ice.

Garnish with a Lime Slice.

Electric Lemonade

1-1/4 oz. Vodka

1/2 oz. Blue Curaçao

2 oz. Sweet & Sour Mix

Splash 7-Up

Blend. Pour over ice in a tall glass and garnish with a Lemon Slice.

Electric Peach

1 oz. Vodka

1/4 oz. Peach Schnapps

1/2 oz. Cranberry Juice Cocktail

1/4 oz. Orange Juice

Blend. Pour over ice in a tall glass and garnish with a Lemon Slice.

Harbor Breeze

1-1/4 oz. Lemon-Flavored Puerto Rican Rum

1/2 oz. Fresh Kiwi Purée

2 oz. Pear Nectar

Add ingredients in a shaker. Shake with ice and strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a Kiwi Wheel and a Lemon Twist.

Heat Wave

1 oz. Myers’s Dark Rum

1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps

Pineapple Juice

Splash Grenadine

Add Rum and Schnapps to a highball glass with ice. Fill with Pineapple Juice. Add a splash of Grenadine.

Myers’s Heatwave

3/4 oz. Myers’s Dark Rum

1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps

6 oz. Pineapple Juice

1 splash Grenadine

Pour Rum and Schnapps over ice. Fill with Pineapple Juice and add a splash of Grenadine.

Shore Breeze

1-1/2 oz. Puerto Rican Light Rum

3 oz. Pineapple Juice

2 oz. Cranberry Juice

2 dashes Angostura Bitters

Shake with ice and serve in a rocks glass.
