Orange-Passion Fruit Mimosas are ideal for Mom and Dad to enjoy on Christmas morning. You can easily double or even quadruple this recipe if you’re having a lot of adults over. One 750 ml bottle of champagne is equal to four splits.

Orange-Passion Fruit Mimosas

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Yield: 2 servings

1/3 cup fresh-squeezed orange juice

2 tablespoons passion fruit-cranberry liqueur (such as Alizé Red Passion)

1 split brut champagne, chilled

  1. Pour half of the juice and 1 tablespoon of the liqueur into each champagne flute.

  2. Top with the champagne and serve.
