Green Beans Balsamico

3 pounds fresh green beans, trimmed
1/2 cup extra-virgin olive oil
3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
Salt and pepper to taste
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat. Add the beans and cook until crisp yet still tender, about 5 minutes. Drain.
While the beans are cooking, combine the oil and vinegar in a small bowl and whisk well.
Place the beans in a serving dish and toss with the oil and vinegar mixture. Season to taste with salt and pepper. Serve immediately or at room temperature.
