One 4-ounce package prosciutto ham, about 9 to 10 strips, cut in half
20 fresh basil leaves
One 7-ounce package buffalo mozzarella, cut into twenty 1/2-inch cubes
20 lime wedges (optional)
For each appetizer, pierce 1 melon chunk, half a piece of folded prosciutto, 1 basil leaf, and 1 mozzarella cheese chunk onto a toothpick.
