All printer models and Windows 7 applications print documents in the same general way. Simply sending a document to the printer is quick and easy, but if you need to change a document's page setup - such as adding headers or footers, rotating the page orientation, or changing the paper size - it takes a few extra steps . . . but it's still pretty easy.
